Based on the results achieved in the analysis phase, the project partners compile a draft/prototype for a curriculum that will train the trainers to actively plan, implement and conduct work-process oriented lectures.
- Determination of suitable didactic and methodical approach for the WPO Trainer Curriculum
- Determination of primary contents
- Development and determination of an adequate curriculum structure
- Development of teaching materials for the lecturers of the off-the-job training offer and teaching material for the participating freelance trainers from the construction trade.
