Test and evaluation

Summarized description:
The developed curriculum and the developed materials will be tested in a test training with the target group "Free Trainers for Executives in the Construction Trade" and followed by an analysis of feedbacks from the lecturers and participants. On the basis of the analysed feedbacks, further improvements and adaptations of the course and the complementary media will be made. It is the aim, on the basis of the developed off-the-job training offer, to better meet the requirements and needs of the target group and the target sector.
The main activities will be:
- Informing and selecting the test group
- Instructing trainers, who will carry out the WPO Trainer Qualification for the first time
- Carrying out the WPO Trainer Pilot Training
- Developing a draft of the evaluation questionnaires and analyse feedbacks of lecturers and participants
- Revision and improvement the curriculum and the teaching & learning materials
