Summarized description:
All partners take big interest in the planned results, as they find support to solve existing problems in the off-the-job training of executives in the construction trade and to improve the quality of off-the-job training significantly. All partners are either chambers of crafts or important lobby groups of SME, which make continuous efforts to offer their members outstanding services. Therefore, the improvement of off-the-job training quality in construction trade is part of the self-conception and commercial interests of all project partners. This ensures that all involved partners are interested to integrate the newly developed advanced training offer into their regular training and/or service offer as quickly as possible. The main activities will be:

• Integration of the newly developed WPO Trainer Module into the regular training offer of the project partners
• Communicating the new course offer to all relevant interest groups in the project partner network (i.e. trainers, certification bodies, training institutions, companies/executives of the main construction trade and subconstruction industry etc.)
