Summarized description:
Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the project course and the project results will ensure that the planned activities were carried out as efficiently as possible at any time of the project and that all (interims) results were critically scrutinized and evaluated in terms of their "marketability" (actual demand of the target group) This will ensure that any problems and risks are identified at an early stage and any misguided developments can be prevented early enough. The main activities in this workpackage are:
- Quality management plan and related risk management plan
- Formation of a board, consisting of the most important actors from the target sector, the education sector and the target group
Results achieved so far:
Quality management of the project WPO-Trainer, including the QM-plans of all project partners (PDF)
Quarterly reports to determine problems and risks at an early stage
