Project management
Ongoing activities that include:
- Interaction with the European Commission
- Ensure an efficient planning and a successful implementation of the work plan and additional project activities, including timely fulfilment and implementation of planned tasks and results
- Determine communication structures and managerial authorities in the consortium, assist decision processes, internal and external communication, financial management (can request every partner to justify occurring costs), risk minimization, lead management in valorisation activities
- Support partners in the achievement of intended project results.
- Develop quality management plan to monitor the risks related to quality assurance of results and transfer to partners.
